Features & Benefits
SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.
The PSG grant will now be expanded to include digital marketing solutions from October 2021. Its goal is to assist businesses in developing their digital marketing strategy, including content creation, digital marketing campaign execution, building an online customer base, and drawing more people to their brick-and-mortar locations.
Businesses can tap on the funds to obtain additional support in building an online presence, which is especially important as the Covid-19 pandemic speeds the migration to all things digital.
From 1 April 2023 onwards, the maximum support level will be up to 50% for all sectors.

WHAT IS THE PSG DIGITAL MARKETING GRANT?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) was established as part of Singapore’s economic transformation plan to position the country as a leader in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Assisting businesses and organisations in implementing technology solutions and equipment to improve their operations is at the core of the PSG grant.
Small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) from various industries such as food, engineering, logistics, retail and eCommerce are covered under sector-specific solutions to encourage the adoption of IT solutions, equipment and consultancy services.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PSG DIGITAL MARKETING GRANT
To qualify for up to 50% funding support, the applicant must be a local SME.
You are eligible if:
1. Your business entity is registered and operating in Singapore
2. Your business has a minimum of 30% local shareholding
3. You have at least 3 local employees at the point of application
The Productivity Solutions Grant is supported by the Infocomm Media Development Authority under the SMEs Go Digital Programme.

How do I apply for the PSG Digital Marketing Grant?
Step 1: Speak with our consultants. We will help to analyse your business needs and recommend the most suitable digital marketing solution.
Step 2: Request for a quotation from us, a pre-approved vendor for PSG
Step 3: Visit GoBusiness Gov Assist and log in with your Corppass
Step 4: Select the recommended digital marketing solution under Story Box Collective Pte Ltd
Step 5: Submit your application
Frequently Asked Questions
- A purchase order
- A bank statement indicating payment to the pre-approved vendor
- The license number of IT solutions (with an indication of at least 1 month’s usage)
- An invoice
- A screenshot of your business’ name with the name of the IT solution
Claims can only be submitted after the solutions have been fully deployed and payment has been made for the services.
- Visit GoBusiness Gov Assist and log in with your corppass to submit documents of your business utilising the solution for at least one month.
- Claims will be processed by Enterprise Singapore within 4-6 weeks from the submission of all required documents.
- Disbursement of claims for PSG will be credited directly to the company’s bank account through GIRO.
- An email will be sent to the email address stated on the Business Grants Portal (BGP) to confirm the transaction.
The turnaround time for a PSG application is up to six weeks.
But mostly, applications get processed within four to six weeks from the day you submit your application.
To speed up the processing time, you have to make sure the submitted quotations and invoices are the same as the pre-approved price packages — no proration allowed.

No. Any PSG grant awarded to a company in a financial year will not be taxed.
Companies may apply for more than one supportable digital solution or equipment under the PSG, provided they fall under different categories.
However, for Digital Marketing, companies are only eligible to apply for one approved digital marketing package.
